Delivery

We have a same or next day dispatch target on most stocked items, apart from items where mentioned on the description and or title of the product that there is an additional time due to manufacturing or sourcing the item. Most items listed are in stock/materials are in stock where they are a manufactured item,  on occasion due to high demand or delays from suppliers items may be posted slightly outside of our same or next working day dispatch target. If the item that will be manufactured by us (Springpoles and springpole kits, leads, collars, tugs, flirt poles and any other item made by us, is required within a specific time frame, please confirm this before placing an order. Any items ordered with custom requirements by us or any of our suppliers for example bite suits or custom collars or leads, are non refundable and you as the buyer accept this as they will not be resaleable to another customer and are unique to you. 



You do not need a Paypal Account to pay by Credit or Debit Card

You may enter your credit card's data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. You don't need to register a PayPal account neither.
Once you get redirected to PayPal, just do as follows:
1. Make sure the "Don't have a PayPal account?" option is selected
If your PayPal page looks as follows, just click on "Don't have a PayPal account?".
2. Enter your credit card's data
Address, email & phone number may also be requested depending on your country.
When you are done, click on "Review and Continue".
3. Click on "Pay Now"
4. Click on "No, Thanks"

Payment by Cheque
You can order on-line then send us a cheque to to pay.  Cheques payable to "T.BEG"  Your order will be sent out once the cheque clears. Please include your contact details and order number. Post the cheque to K9 Equipment UK 29 Gateside Road London SW17 7NB.

UK Orders are sent out next working day and delivery is next working day by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. However, delivery can take up to five working days if they are delayed by Royal Mail for some reason.

Delivery is by Royal Mail so we are unable to confirm a delivery time.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and K9 Equipment shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Force Majeure
K9 Equipment UK shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.


Manufactured Items

Covid 19 

We have a same or next day dispatch target on most stocked items, apart from items where mentioned on the description and or title of the product that there is an additional time due to manufacturing or sourcing the item, During the COVID19 pandemic and associated lockdowns we carry no responsibility or liability when items are delayed to be dispatched or delayed to be delivered by the postal/courier service used.  We are doing our best to get items to you as fast as possible.


Returns
If you need to return a product purchased from K9 Equipment then you have 7 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the K9 Equipment website, or by texting us on 079 2608 7182.

All orders are dispatched the next working day by Royal Mail 1st Class signed for  delivery or heavier items by Parcel Force 48.
