This Elastic Bungee line by Euro Joe, is used in dog sport to build up speed and power, the bungee is connected to a fixed point and to the dogs harness, when training striking the dog will have additional tension and over time build up strength and resistance to the bungee, when they work away from the bungee they will have no tension and run faster.
Use with caution, this is a powerful elastic bungee line and improper use can be dangerous.
